Many couples wish to add special readings and prayers to their
services. Below you'll find just a small sample of some of the various readings
that can be added into your service. Readings are a great way to incorperate
family members and special friends who otherwise would be left out of your
service.
To help make your vows work, practice reading these with a
standard set of vows first, then build them adding in specialty items such as
candles, roses, and other items as you go. You can always modify them and
tweak them as needed to make it fit. Try them prior to the rings, and
after. Sometimes it may work best and less crowded if you do the
readings after the rings. Be sure to print these documents out, and
experiment with them. Making notes what works best. Another tip, once you
have it the way you want, read it again this time as if you were actually doing
the ceremony. But this time, watch the clock. This especially
important if you have a time table you are working with when it comes to wedding
site rental agreement, or pastors time.
